worldofwarcraft.tgn.tv — DPS rundown series, episode 8 of 22 Feral Druid! We look at the spec and rotation for a Feral Druid, and analyze the testing results via Recount. All testing is done against a raid boss dummy with no buffs besides basic class abilities. Gear is level 333 premade junk. Mercifully, the feral cycle has been simplified since WotLK. Savage Roar is no longer your top priority; rip is, followed by maintaining Mangle and Rake. Your bleeds (including shred) make up 65% of your damage. Mastery is extremely effective for cats.

worldofwarcraft.tgn.tv — This is a follow-up to the previous Priest video in our channel. Here, I go into the new style of healing as a discipline priest. Includes dummy data and part of a run through Lost City of the Tol’vir. BTW If you were wondering why the boomkin and DK die on the first boss, there is a bug on this guy that sometimes causes people to get stuck “out of line of sight” and then disconnect. It’s wonderful. This is the first time it’s happened on one of my runs. Followup: Since this video was made, the Smite build was nerfed and it now completely useless. worldofwarcraft.tgn.tv — Learn how to clear Lost City of the Tol’vir, the new 84-85 dungeon coming in Cataclysm. This run is from the perspective of a level 85 premade Orc Mage. This is a very easy dungeon, so I decided to record as a DPS to make it more interesting. I’m specced and glyphed for Frostfire Bolt and I’m happy with the damage and mana use. The new Blast Wave free Flamestrike combo is a lot of fun. Rest of the party: 85 Priest (healer) 85 Paladin (tank) 85 Demo Lock 85 Boomkin

★ WoW Rogue – Combat Rogue DPS! – Part 3, ft. Cromar – TGN

worldofwarcraft.tgn.tv — Another follow-up to the Combat Rogue DPS rundown episodes! This test is done on the PTRs with a 359 epic premade. The changes in the PTR patch include an overhaul of Main Gauche (hits with main hand now) and a buff to Revealing Strike. Unfortunately, the net gain in DPS is not particularly large, but it’s noticable. I will be running more tests with other specs in order to generate an apples to apples comparison. Next episode will be Retribution Paladins, assuming they aren’t bugged (they might be).

★ WoW Dungeon – Halls of Origination Guide!, Part 2 ft. Cromar – TGN

worldofwarcraft.tgn.tv — Learn how to clear Halls of Origination, the new 84-85 dungeon coming in Cataclysm. This run is from the perspective of a level 85 premade Troll Druid healer. Healing is very difficult in Cataclysm, as mana management is truly a brand new skill that every healer will have to master. I noticed a dramatic improvement in my longevity towards the end, when I had gotten some practice using the efficient heals properly. The instance was very easy with one or two bosses that provided a minor challenge. The trash was almost all very simple and easy. Because the tanking and the pulls are so easy, I decided to record this on a healer, who at least has to try on a couple fights. The team is a random pug with the dungeon finder. The beta servers are more populated now, as Blizzard recently sent out a large number of beta keys. The party did a great job, especially on picking off sentries and dealing with all the chaotic stuff that goes on with some of the trash pulls.
